Paul: A Review — William Charleton

I'd never heard of this place, Paul, before. My friend just got back from Paris and said they were all over and worth checking out. There's one in Downtown Crossing at 210 Washington St. It looked amazing. So many options, including many vegetarian. The quiches all looked great. There were several other egg dishes and sandwiches. Tons of pastries and cookies. Honestly, I didn't get too much. A water and a croissant. The croissant was great though. It was super light, and very flaky. The ambiance was nice. It wasn't too noisy even though there were a good number of people in there.
